Attorney - How It Works

A short one time Law Firm Questionnaire is submitted along with a simple application for each client in need of an advance. Request Application Packet.

The application information is evaluated, and if approved, an Assignment Agreement is forwarded to the attorney for execution by eligible Claimants.

Upon receipt of the executed Assignment Agreement, pre settlement funds are forwarded to your office for distribution to your client

Usually, 3 - 5 Days. Same day service is available in emergency situations.

Peachtree purchases a portion of the potential proceeds of the action and takes an equitable lien upon the expected proceeds. If the action is unsuccessful, your client owes us nothing.
